The Art of Zhen Shan Ren consists of works from over twelve
artists. Their backgrounds are varied and diverse in terms of
professional experience, artistic styles and cultural upbringing.
What they have in common is their practice of Falun Gong,
which unites them in effort to express the myriad of experiences
found living this path. For the exhibit, the style of Realist oil
painting, or “New-Renaissance”, was chosen for its narrative
capabilities, accessibility, and above all, its simplistic purity.
The exhibit encompasses four main themes: harmony, adversity,
courage and justice.

 

A reception will be held on Friday, Jan. 07 at 6:00PM - 8:00PM
